Netism terms of use and service

Eligibility and access
You must be at least 18 to create a Netism account. Use your real first and last name and accurate birth date. Your community display name may be different. Name and age are self-declared; email confirmation verifies access to your email, not your identity or age. Protect your sign-in credentials. Each product controls its own permissions; membership does not include staff access, paid products or restricted services.
Becoming a Netist or serving
A Netism account does not make you a Netist or authorize you to serve. Becoming a Netist or serving requires a verified age of at least 25 and separate approval.
Living Netism
Completing membership setup creates an ordinary Living Netism community account. We share your verified email and birth date for this purpose. Your new community profile starts with a public alias and hides your birthday by default. You can change your community display name without changing your account name. Existing accounts must be linked through proof of ownership. Community conduct and safety rules continue to apply.
Public signup mailings
Completing setup requests an Aether Public signup confirmation email. Mailing subscription begins only after confirmation. Existing unsubscribe and suppression choices are retained. You can unsubscribe through any mailing.
Use of the services
Respect consent, equal dignity and the safety of others. Do not impersonate others, send spam, harass people or attempt unauthorized access. Product-specific rules continue to apply.
Your information and choices
Your services retain their own records and permissions. You can review connected services, export central account data or request account closure in Data & privacy. These terms do not authorize purchases or change your billing agreements.
